Ready to shine bright in your career?

At Aviva, we’re not just about insurance, we’re there to advise and support our customers through every important stage of their lives. In our Wealth division we specialise in helping people plan and save for the future they want – be that using JISAs or ISAs to fund their kids at university, or our award-winning pension for a stress-free retirement. Sales & Distribution: Here, you’ll help develop marketing and messages to win new corporate business, support the financial advisers who recommend our products, and engage directly with customers through channels like our website and mobile apps.

Investments: Help the team create and communicate the benefits of our investment offerings – matching customers to Aviva products and services that will help them achieve their financial goals.

What you’ll get

  • A permanent job from day one
  • A starting salary of £32,500
  • Support towards relevant professional qualifications and lots of other development opportunities

  • An analytical mind.
  • The perception to recognise new opportunities.

Where could you be based?

Our Wealth Pathway opportunities are based in London, Norwich, and York: all buzzing places in which to launch your career. It’s important that you live within commuting distance of the office where the role is based or be willing to relocate prior to start date as you’ll need to spend time with your team in person, as well as virtually, working from home. Three days in the office and two days from home is typical, but this will vary between teams.

About Us

Things graduates love about Aviva

Yes, we’re the UK’s leading diversified insurer. But we’re customer-centric and planet-minded. We’re acting on climate change and helping others do the same. We’re building stronger communities and investing in a future we all want to live in. And we’re changing the way we do business by championing everything from the living wage to women leaders.

We’re proud to be diverse, and just like our 19.5 million customers, our people are a mix of cultures, genders, and ages. We understand that one size doesn’t fit all and promote flexible ways of working for our team, so you can find your spark, your way.

The work we do is rewarding and challenging. And whatever role you’re in, we’ll give you the training you need as well as opportunities for you to develop yourself and grow in your career. We’re continuously moving forward as a business, and we’ll make sure you do too.

How to apply

The application deadline is December 15th. However, we may close the application process earlier if we receive a large number of suitable applications.

To set your expectations and help you prepare, there are four steps in our graduate application process:

  1. Online application - complete a short questionnaire about your motivations, and submit it along with a copy of your CV.
  2. Online situational strengths and numerical reasoning tests.
  3. Video interview.
  4. Virtual assessment day with tasks that enable you to show us what you're good at and what you enjoy.

Shine there and we'll offer you a role to start in September 2025.

Please note: At Aviva we offer multiple graduate pathways, of which, this is one. We ask that you only apply for one pathway - the one that most aligns to your strengths and interests. If you do make more than one application, we will only accept your first.

We're inclusive, and keen to attract applications from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences.

We interview every disabled applicant who meets the minimum criteria for the job. During your application, there will be an opportunity for you to send us an email stating that you have a disclosed disability.

Please submit your application online if you can. But if that presents a problem, just email avivaearlycareers@aviva.com and we'll make sure you’re supported.
