Change & Transformation Graduate (Norwich, Sheffield or York):Challenging the status quo, identifying and solving problems, creating innovative new solutions and delivering change across our business. That’s what Change &Transformation is all about at Aviva. We’re looking for bold thinkers, those with creativity, an analytical mind and an ability to think strategically. It’s all important in this pathway which spans championing our brand to implementing transformation projects. You’ll be key in driving our business forward.
As a Customer Change & Transformation Graduate, you’ll be part of the team constantly reimagining what we can do to deliver a better experience for our 20.5 million customers, strengthening our bond with them in a variety of ways. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance of our Customer Service teams. As part of your graduate role you will learn how to evaluate business opportunities, plan and deliver process improvements, digital adoption initiatives, and operational development activities to drive excellence in customer service. And in everything you do, you’ll champion the use of technology adoption and hold the customer experience at the forefront of your mind.
Supply Chain Graduate (Eastleigh or Sheffield):Identifying and solving problems, brilliant negotiating and building strong relationships. That’s what supply chain management is all about at Aviva.
If you know what makes people tick, and you love the idea of getting close to suppliers and customers – this might be the role for you. As a Supply Chain Graduate, you’ll play a crucial role in negotiating and managing contracts with key suppliers. You’ll be responsible for a portfolio of suppliers, ensuring optimal delivery, quality, and value for our operations. Working closely with the Senior Supply Chain Manager and a team of Supply Coordinators, you will drive service development opportunities and manage supplier performance. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our business and the satisfaction of our customers.

What we’re looking for
- You'll either have a degree, in any subject, or be on track to graduate by the end of Summer 2025
- A genuine passion for change, innovation and continual improvement
- The perception to recognise new opportunities
- Confident communicators who can break down complex concepts in a clear and engaging way.
- A strong ability to build and develop relationships and to collaborate with colleagues of all levels
- An eagerness to question the way of doing things
Where could you be based? The Change & Transformation Graduate roles can be based in Norwich, Sheffield or York and the Supply Chain Graduate can be based in Eastleigh or Sheffield: all buzzing places in which to launch your career. You’ll be able to tell us on your application if you have a preference of role and location. It’s important that you live within commuting distance of the office where the role is based, or be willing to relocate prior to start date as you’ll need to spend time with your team in person, as well as virtually, working from home. Three days in the office and two days from home is typical, but this will vary between teams.

- Video interview
- Virtual assessment day with tasks that enable you to show us what you're good at and what you enjoy. This will likely take place end June/beginning of July.
Shine there and we'll offer you a role to start in September 2025.
