About You:

At Aviva Investors, we know that great ideas come from diverse perspectives and experiences. That’s why we welcome graduates from all backgrounds - what matters most is your passion, your potential, and your drive to make a difference. 

You’ll join us as a permanent member of the team from day one, with a place on our structured and fully supported graduate programme. You’ll either already have a degree in any subject, or you’ll be graduating by the end of summer 2026. You’ll need to be ready to start work full-time from September 2026.

You’ll need a degree, but we’re completely degree agnostic - your subject doesn’t matter, your ambition does.

The Application Process

Stage one: The Application

Stage two: Online Testing
You’ll be invited to complete two online assessments designed to help us understand your strengths and potential. You’ll have seven days to complete them - at a time that suits you.

Stage three: Video Interview
This is your chance to shine! Our video interview lets us get to know you better. We want to know your aspirations, hear your experiences, and what you could bring to Aviva Investors.

Stage four: Assessment Centre
If you reach this stage, congratulations! You’ll be invited to our virtual assessment centre for a dynamic day of activities. You’ll take part in a range of assessments, meet people from the business area you’ve applied to, and get a real feel for what life at Aviva Investors is like.
