The OpportunityTech’s at the heart of everything we do at Aviva – helping us solve problems, create innovative new solutions, and put our customers first. We’re building more than systems – we’re designing meaningful experiences, smarter solutions, and a digitally secure tomorrow.
If you’re curious about what tech can do and excited by the idea of driving real change that transforms experiences and delivers great service for our customers and colleagues, then you’re in the right place. We have lots of graduate opportunities in this area - and you don’t need a tech degree or background to join us. It’s perfect for people who enjoy organising (whether that’s information or people) influencing how things are done and driving change across the business. Just bring your passion, fresh ideas and a willingness to learn.
During your c12-14 month Tech Talent Graduate Programme, you’ll get loads of development opportunities tailored just for you and your role – giving you a solid foundation to build and succeed in your career. You’ll also work towards industry-recognised qualifications to boost your skills and add to your list of achievements.
That’s not all. You’ll join our two-year central development programme, giving you everything you need to become a well-rounded professional.
Whatever your role and whatever your background, you’ll get the training you need to shine bright as well as opportunities to develop long-term in your career. We’re continuously moving forward as a business, and we’ll make sure you do too.
And if you need support with your online application or you need to apply another way, we’ve got you covered there, too. Just reach out to
avivaearlycareers@aviva.com“At Aviva, the culture is incredibly supportive-everyone is friendly, and no question feels trivial. I’ve received tremendous support for my professional growth, including a structured development plan. Looking ahead, I’d to tackle larger projects that can impact the entire company, and I’m confident that Aviva will support me in that.” -
